Who we are
Ngon Ngon Seattle Catering began in a home kitchen, where pots simmered, herbs perfumed the air, and every tray was made with care and curiosity. Chef Long Nguyen didn’t start with a storefront or a team. Just a dream: to share bold, comforting Vietnamese flavors with his new city.
That dream took shape in a ghost kitchen in Tukwila. No signs. No foot traffic. Just food, packed with flavor, sent to anyone willing to give us a shot. From those first few orders, we built something real — tray by tray, client by client — into a name trusted by teams across Seattle.


What We Do Today
These days, our trays go a little further. From boxed lunches for tech teams to large-scale catering for federal departments, we’ve grown into a trusted partner for events across Seattle — big, small, and everything in between.
What hasn’t changed is the way we cook. Recipes passed down, tweaked by experience. Delivery windows met like clockwork. Clients who know we show up ready — with food that’s still hot, flavors still bold, and a team that still cares.
Our Vision
Our goal isn’t just to be the best Vietnamese caterer in Seattle. We’re here to make catering easier, warmer, and more human. Whether you’re ordering for five execs or five hundred volunteers, we want it to feel simple, seamless, and a little bit special.
